Growing up, Paul was always fascinated with construction. As a kid, he could spend hours watching bulldozers in action or hanging out in Grandpa’s wood shop, and even worked his way through college with summer jobs on construction sites.
After a business degree and a decade in the banking industry, he found himself laid off, burned out and ready for a change.
